Lovely hotel and excellent location. We had a great time over New Year’s Eve. The breakfast (if you opt in to have breakfast included) is in the restauarant attached to the hotel and offers a variety of choices off their breakfast menu. There is a gated parking lot also on site for 10 cars. We were assigned a specific spot for our 3 nights which was a benefit knowing it wasn’t a “first come first serve” each day. Rooms with pool view are really lovely. What a hidden gem of a hotel with a great small pool, palapa and garden area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location! The rooms were a nice size and the HVAC seemed to handle the winter weather well. The property was nice and clean and inviting to hangout outside. There was also a very friendly cat that roamed the interior and greeted guests. However, my biggest issue was the WiFi was spotty. We were on the second floor and it would cut out intermittently. Overall, I would strongly consider coming back!

The room was beautiful, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The shower had great water pressure. Staff were all friendly and ready to help if needed.

Very modern hotel. Very well located. Easy park. Friendly staff and very clean.
The only thing is that the breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the hotel, but it is still tasty.

No better location than this - in front of Santa Lucia Plaza for the Thursday evening serenade and steps away from great meals at Teya, Chaya Maya, and Mercado 60. Nadia and colleagues were helpful and patient.

The Casa Lucia Hotel Boutique is located right next to Santa Lucia Square, which is the perfect location if you want to partake in Merida's cultural offerings. Every evening there is almost always something going on in the square, and if there is not, it is only about a three block walk to the central square were there are almost always nightly activities as well. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is modern with good wifi and there is a nice pool. It is clean and safe and the service is excellent. However, some of the furniture in the rooms are dated. The flooring in our room was nice but very old tiling. If you are expecting the Ritz, this may not be the place for you. Personally, I thought these things added to the hotel's charms. We stayed a week here and did not want to leave. I would not hesitate to book with this hotel again.
