Dear Mrs Corabi,We would like to clarify that, although we were unable to accommodate your request for a free upgrade to a room with a balcony because they were all occupied, we were pleased to offer you a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view, a gesture of attention, especially during high season when the hotel was nearly fully booked.As for our location, 47 Boutique Hotel is situated in the heart of Rome’s historic center, within walking distance of the Circus Maximus, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia, all less than 2 km away. It’s important to note that during your stay, the city was affected by major strikes and demonstrations that slowed down transportation across Rome, which is beyond our control.Regarding noise, we acknowledge that staying in the city center can sometimes come with the lively sounds of Rome, though the hotel has all the preventive measures to ensure comfort and quiet for all our guests.Kind regards,
