  • Guest：Hotel was great value for money. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of parking. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the room didn’t have air conditioning and when we went the room was very hot and only had a fan in the room so wasn’t able to cool the room down. Otherwise was great.
  • Guest：Only stayed for one night passing through the area, the guy on check in was super helpful, even asked if help was needed with luggage, room was usual premier inn standard.
  • Guest：Premier inn really let them selves Down in my book. Rooms are no longer serviced unless you request it ( just to save money) The heating or air con is intermittent the Wi-Fi is on/off, hard to work with no email, It just seems it’s a save money thing. Rooms are basic ( don’t look under the bed). Just feel they are not giving what it says on the tin. I still stay in premier inn because my company thinks they are looking after their people. just to say the staff are lovely and work hard so nothing against them. I would ask that the bigger bosses in this Co to up their game and stop putting the front line to take the slack. A team needs leaders and your people need to support the front line staff. Sorry for the rant but I stay with you guy often.
