Guest：Hi don't know where to start . we arrived at hotel late on 7th Feb. next day my wife put on tv was working right . I told reception of problem . the tv was just a cheap one. on the weds couldn't fix it . they said we will contact support and get back to us ASAP. no reply on weds whet back to reception Thursday asked what was being done about it . so they moved us to another room with smart tv. same again wasn't working . they attitude to it was disgusting being rude and telling more lies. As a tv a a most for my wife as she suffers with mental disability and the tv make her calm and settled . I did explain this to management did really care thought being awkward. they couldn't resolve the tv situation. had to look for new place to stay with tv working properly. found a hotel nearby on the friday night checked in on Saturday morning and all was good . but the attitude of the manager was shocking and deeply up setting for my wife and me. expecially with her mental wellbeing.
