This property is beautiful, quiet, very clean and peaceful. Martin and crew were amazing, he was a fantastic host. The grounds are very well kept, rooms are so clean, breakfast is wonderful. Perfect stay!

Without a doubt the best place and best deal in Sayulita. It is beautifully appointed throughout with little details like fine linens, special beach towels, surfboard rack/station, and an immaculate garden make it extra special. The made-to-order sit-down breakfast alone is a huge value. But the highlight is Martin, the hardest working man in the hotel business, he makes you feel like you're a visiting foreign dignitary. He and his staff repeatedly provided the perfect amount of attention; not too much and not too little.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, la amabilidad del personal y la calidad del servicio marcaron la diferencia. Las instalaciones son muy limpias, bonitas y bien cuidadas. La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba perfectamente equipada, especialmente la cocina, que resultó muy práctica durante la estancia. El desayuno incluido fue otro gran punto a favor: variado y realmente delicioso. Adema la ubicación es perfecta puedes llegar a la playa caminado en 10 min pero está alejada del ruido del centro.
Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente.

It was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly. Only a few minutes walk to beach or downtown area. Perfect location. Only complaint was hot water for shower didn't last long. You get about 3 minutes before it starts to cool. I would stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful property perfect for our first visit to Sayulita. Included breakfast every morning, the best breakfasts I've had in the last few years of travel in US and Asia. The friendly property manager provided top notch service everyday so we could truly enjoy our mini-vacation. I plan to return and I am recommending Casa de la Ballena to friends and family.

This was a peaceful oasis in a busy place. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with polished concrete floors, a little kitchenette with a full sized fridge, a comfortable couch and bed. The location was excellent to the centre square of the town (less than 5 minute walk). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic in the beautiful courtyard. The gym is spacious, has relatively new equipment, and is air conditioned. There is also a great view from the gym!
