The food in the restaurants was fantastic, the service fantastic, and the facilities spectacular. The spa was wonderful!

We visited Los Cabos and selected this property . Upon arrival and during our stay the staff was extremely friendly and courteous . The only issue we had was there was no hot water for 2 days . Maintenance came and fixed the issue but it was a huge inconvenience. Also housekeeping cleaned our room 1 time during a 3 night stay and left us with no robes or washcloths , when I called the front desk they sent someone who spoke NO ENGLISH so he brought back hand towels and then bath towels. We had to call the front desk again to translate what we really needed . Other than that the resort was beautiful just be prepared to do a lot of walking around the property

******* me vendió el hospedaje en el Westin, pero al llegar, el hotel me dijo que mi reservación estaba en “Baja Point”, una parte contigua y lejana al hotel principal. Nadie se hizo responsable ni me ayudaron a solucionar. Westin le echó la culpa a ******* y yo me quedé defraudada.
