while other hotels in sapa in December was cold this hotel had heated bed, electric heater in room, on top of that fireplace, shower also has heating lamps that you can shower in warmth . Offered scooter for rent and bus back to hanoi. Overall great stay Thank you grandma
It's a bit far from the city, but it's quiet and has a pretty garden, so it was great for relaxation. I was so grateful for the impressive service even before I left the hotel.
It's like a homestay, but i feel like not welcomed by the owners throughout our stay. They won't even put a simle on their face, service wise not professional. I prefer the hotel, more privacy and professional service. Breakfast has not much options to choose. Location is quite far from the centre of the city, Sapa. You might need to rent motorbike if you want to travel around. Overall rating 2/5.
Very compasionate owner.Agree to change date for me when I can't make it to Sapa on that day.Garden is so beautiful and impressive!Not too far from Sapa market.Very clean and relaxing.
Amazing place with beautiful scenery... me and my partner enjoyed our time in sapa... from the room to the breakfast... we don't feel like staying at B&B the owner and family makes us feel like we r at home... I would recommend anyone who is travelling to sapa to this beautiful B&B
