Very convenient for our early morning start to the airport. Only criticism was when we went into the room it was 16 degrees centigrade and cold. We adjusted the room thermostat to a higher temperature which made no difference. We had to go to reception where the very helpful young lady came to our room and said we need to plug in the oil filled radiator which to be fair was in the room, however we thought we thought we should of been aware or that the room heating should be more adequate.

Loved the place, only downside no restaurant to have breakfast and was told premier inn just down road did breakfast but when got there they didn’t and sent us to another premier inn even further away

The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast facilities , but is none the worse for that as there is a very good restaurant next door for the evening meal and some local eateries for breakfast . The reception staff at the hotel were very good and could teach some staff at allegedly more up market hotels how to deal with customers (Hythe Imperial for one). We were well received and our requests accomodated . The room was typical premier , most necessities provide , though the room was starting to look tired

Excellent value for money, very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed there for a funeral nearby but on reflection, if we were flying from Gatwick airport we would choose this hotel for value for money.

This is a good premier inn. Staff on the counter were lovely. Everything worked and was very clean. TV remote hard to read as was very old I guess, but that’s really minor. Great stop off before our flight the next day

First visit to a Premier inn. This hotel was easily accesible from Gatwick by public transport and a short walk. A polite and efficient receptionist welcomed me to the premises, a great start. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I could not find fault anywhere. A pleasant young man on reception greeted me the following morning, confirming my belief that Premier inn value excellent customer services. My two night stay was outstanding. I can wholly recommend this fine hostelry and its friendly staff. I'll be back, Sláinte.

I'm glad that this Premier Inn does not charge for parking. It's a short drive from Gatwick and set in a fairly quiet location. That said there is not much nearby, so it's an ideal airport stopover hotel rather than a getaway location. The room was clean and the heating worked well. Our only disappointment was that there were no water bottles in the room and no fridge. The value for money was fair.

A hot and uncomfortable over night stay. There was no lift to the first floor, which meant as someone with mobility issues I had to struggle up stairs and down. The room was a family room. Big and the usual premier inn decor. Bed comfortable as ever, however there was no AC, just a fan in the room. The window could open slightly, but not enough to reduce the stifling heat. Having the fan on all Night was the only option and this disturbed sleep. The bathroom as ok, however when the light was switched on there was a loud mechanical sound from the fan - a loud and low whistle. In the morning, I used the bathroom, and the toilet fell off the wall, meaning that I fell on the floor, which was incredibly difficult to get up from, with a toilet also topped over on the floor. The pipes had become disconnected, so unable to flush loo, as it would have spattered all over the bathroom floor. Didn’t have breakfast, as an early start, but the evening meal at the adjoined pub was delicious. So overall, not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Could do with some AC as an essential and hopefully they will fix the mechanics in the fan and get the plumbing sorted.
