There are 3 pillows on the bed in room and very dirty. There were hairs on Two pillows case out of three. It’s terrible. ?
The toilet was very noisy after you switched on the light. It’s annoying.?The phone data and signal is bad in the room.
There are no lifts and no restaurants in the hotel.?
We wont book it again. Never and ever.

I always choose PI over other hotels. It’s always been consistent, I know what to expect, clean and comfortable. And the big plus is the vegan food options! I’ve only stayed in one PI where there wasn’t breakfast! The price is good too.

Good little hotel about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms were clean. The Parsons pig next door is amazing food! One of the best curries Iv ever had! The wi is awful and very intermittent in the hotel. Impossible to get on most things and having to go out next door to the pub to get on the wi fi isn’t ideal. Premier inn please fix it!

Brilliant location near Gatwick and a lovely Indian/British restaurant/pub next door. Very welcoming staff, we were greeted by Terri who explained everything and we had a little chat with her later that evening. Make sure you register your vehicle at reception. There are no lifts, but there is only one floor up and accessible rooms downstairs. Only one plug socket near the beds in our room. Not good for when both of us needed to charge our devices by the beds

Stayed for 1 night prior to an early morning flight from Gatwick. Quiet location, only a 10 minute drive from the airport, we had a 1st floor room which was the usual Premier Inn layout, clean & comfortable. Free car park, register vehicle at reception. Meal at the pub next door (independent from the hotel) good value and tasty. On the Wednesday evening was very busy would suggest booking. All in all a good start to our holiday.

A good night as usual with good food at the Parsons Pig next door. Terri on reception was very helpful when we had network problems with our phones and made us feel very welcome, she had a very cheerful manner throughout and was very knowledgeable about the area.

Stayed overnight here before a flight from Gatwich South. The hotel was lovely, great free parking, clean and more than adequate for a short term stay. It is situated next door to the Parsons Pig pub and restaurant which served really good food at a reasonable, all in all, pretty good. What made this stay exceptional was Terri on reception. We were met with such a friendly and helpful person who was more than happy to help us in anyway to make our stay a good one. Terri is very professional and brings an added sense of caring to her customers, which makes all the difference. Would like to extend personal thanks from myself and my wife for making our stay special.
