Needs updating and refreshing. The rooms look tired and old, carpets fairly worn coat hooks missing. Could do with a freshen up. The rooms are very warm and due to location not ideal to have windows open due to noise. Needs individual room temp or air conditioning Breakfast was awful, stated cooked to order but clearly had been sat under a warmer for sometime time.

Came here with my wife, had a lovely stay, the staff were extra attentive as my wife had just come out of hospital, rooms are what we expect in a premier inn, but it’s the staff that make the experience always a smile on their faces, thank you from us both - see you soon

2 nights here. Parking ￡3 a night, why? Room quite tired and needs a refit, generally a bit shabby and needs a deep clean especially the bathroom. The world’s slowest hot water tap, 15 minutes to fill a bath. Our heating controls didn’t work and could not be fixed so they gave us a portable radiator. The free wifi is a joke slow and unreliable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would avoid

I can very highly recommend the Premier Inn at Rotherham. The hotel was spotless. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The car park has plenty of disabled parking. There is a Sainsburys just across the car park and a Tesco's just across the road . The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. They had put decaffeinated coffee in their little drinks box which was very good as I can't drink normal coffee . The stay was very restful . I couldn't hear people in the Beefeater restaurant or the Pub across the car park which was good . So I got three nights of good sleep.

Couldn't ask for more, the girl on reception was so friendly and helpful and the room was a great size, beds comfy as usual and breakfast fantastic!

Fairly good stay WiFi not great, rooms can get quite warm during summer. But, comfortable clean bedroom, and meals reasonably priced.

I stay in this hotel most weeks, it is getting older and it is showing, but as a Premier Inn it is always clean and comfortable. The thing that keeps me coming back every week is the staff. The welcome is warm and they do everything they can to improve your stay.

The staff were exceptional and I couldn’t fault their services. The beds are very comfy. However, the rooms we stayed in were ridiculously hot (22 degrees outside, 29 degrees in room according the the thermostat in room) - dread to think how warm they get when it’s 30 degrees outside! Fans were provided but were ineffective. Rooms on the other side of the building were cooler but they were at max capacity so couldn’t be moved until night 3/3. Emailed guest services a week ago and no response, despite their stated response time being “within 5 days”
