family ancestry discovery trip
We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!
The Lodge is warm and welcoming. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. Jacqui is a fantastic hostess, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. It’s in a great spot for being in a car - good parking - or for those who like to walk to local spots. I have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to stay again.
A traditional home setting, clean, comfortable and cosy. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast cooked by Jaqui was lovely and Derek offered to drop us off at our wedding venue to get our car. Would definitely recommend it.
Had a lovely stay at this hotel, set in a beautiful location and owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return at a later date.
North West 200 race weekend.
A wonderfully peaceful stay. Warm and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Lovely touch was some snacks and supplies for a brew up on arrival. Nice gated area to bring motorbikes off the road and out of sight. I would definitely recommend to others and return someday.
What a lovely place! Quaint and perfect, really welcoming and friendly place. Lovely hospitality and breakfast, quiet and comfortable little spot. I would definitely come back.
