I stayed here during my trip to Lucerne and found the location excellent — it’s literally just a 5-minute walk from the Chapel Bridge and close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay.
My room was next to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t too bad and understandable for the price. I understand I'm paying for the location, not the luxury. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value considering its central location and reasonable rates. It’s a convenient choice for travelers who want to explore Lucerne on foot without spending too much.

位置很好，離米蘭大教堂步行5分鐘，地鐵站也超近。房間不大但是還挺乾凈。樓下前臺英語超絕，我英語這么一般都聽的很明白，贊????

在意大利的幾個城市中這個酒店是最差的 價格還不低 除了地點好 就在米蘭大教堂邊上 早餐還湊合 其他卻一無是處 房間里的電視一股灰塵味道 房間巨小 還臨街 晚上有噪音 設施老舊 國內一二星酒店的水平 前臺的服務員不會説敬語一樣 向你要鑰匙直接喊一聲key 連個please 都不加 體驗非常糟糕 這還是我到意大利的第一晚 還好后面都比這個好太多
