I stayed here during my trip to Lucerne and found the location excellent — it’s literally just a 5-minute walk from the Chapel Bridge and close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay.
My room was next to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t too bad and understandable for the price. I understand I'm paying for the location, not the luxury. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value considering its central location and reasonable rates. It’s a convenient choice for travelers who want to explore Lucerne on foot without spending too much.

位置很好，离米兰大教堂步行5分钟，地铁站也超近。房间不大但是还挺乾净。楼下前台英语超绝，我英语这么一般都听的很明白，赞????

在意大利的几个城市中这个酒店是最差的 价格还不低 除了地点好 就在米兰大教堂边上 早餐还凑合 其他却一无是处 房间里的电视一股灰尘味道 房间巨小 还临街 晚上有噪音 设施老旧 国内一二星酒店的水平 前台的服务员不会説敬语一样 向你要钥匙直接喊一声key 连个please 都不加 体验非常糟糕 这还是我到意大利的第一晚 还好后面都比这个好太多
