Enjoyed our two night stay. Tony the owner was super nice and responsive. Lots of space for family of four. Went to town and purchased food and drink and made breakfast and dinner in fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed watching TV in large family room. Good internet. Tv worked well and we could connect to Netflix. Amazing how many hotels we can’t watch anything but BBC. Good washing and dryer machines. I used the fireplace both nights and Tony brought us more wood! Lots of hot water. He had just remodeled the downstairs bath. Kids loved the bed and said it was their best sleep.

If you looking for peace and tranquility then this is the place for you. Stunning accommodation with plenty of room. Tony the owner is an absolute pleasure and so welcoming. The views across the bay are incredible. Especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The only noises you can hear are the birds and little lambs bleating in the distance. Asking myself have I died and gone to heaven? It sure feels like heaven. Already looking forward to booking again

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at Bayview Farm. It was so quiet and tranquil, with beautiful scenic views. The cottage was well equipped with a full size fridge and numerous coffee machines. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable / modern. The communal games room was a big hit with our kids (though the games systems wouldn't work as all the games were scratched). The location was great for visiting local tourist attractions. We could even pop home for lunch in between. The owner was very friendly and helpful. As a family of 5 it can often be hard to find the right accommodation but we were very happy with our choice and would happily return to this establishment. We stayed in Uncle David's Barn which has a triple en suite (all single beds) and a master en suite.

Had a great weekend, very clean and tidy. Beautiful views. Friendly owners. Felt very welcome. Kids loved the games room and seeing the sheep and lambs and even got to feed the lambs. Would highly recommend

Super break in a 5 star holiday cottage. Despite the at times bracing weather all around the North Coast last weekend we had a very comfortable and cosy stay in Bayview. The cottages are extremely well furnished and warm making it a very welcome spot to return to after admiring the marvellous Coastal views and walks.

As the title says, Home from Home. Everything about our stay was perfect, spotless accommodation in all aspects. Plenty of local information regarding places to visit, restaurants etc. Nothing was missed and is a credit to all the work done by Tony.
