I cannot rate this hotel highly enough! The staff, Marilly in particular, are kind, attentive and made me feel so welcome. My room was simple, with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The location is perfect, and the walk into Lakka takes minutes. The only thing I would mention is that there is a steep walk down to the beach - but that is to be expected somewhere as hilly as Paxos.
We stayed 3 nights and we really liked the place. The staff kindly helped us take our luggage down and at the end up the hill again. The view is amazing and liked that It was a bit away from the town centre but short enough to walk. Yes there are some steps but no issue unless you really cant do steps Great perk that sunbeds are free both at pool and beach when staying at the hotel We slept great and mattress not too hard Rooms a bit dated and bathroom bit worn but cleaned very well by the nice couple. Marily very friendly 100% can recommend
Let’s start with the positives. The view, incredible. Location is just gorgeous and a few minutes walk to the village of Lakka which is also beautiful. The air conditioning worked and there was running water, but sadly, that’s where it ends. A tired tired place and the single worst accommodation I’ve stayed in, in 35 years of travelling…Including hostels. The room I was in was falling to bits, there was a bed and random furniture. No shower rail. Despite the lovely views, it just wasn’t place you wanted to spend any time in. I took a video, but actually don’t want to cripple their business. Worse than that, I paid €500 for 4 nights but left after 3. I hope that the money from this season will given them the money they need to put back into the business. It absolutely needs a makeover inside and out.
We did not stay at the hotel, juat visited the beach. The sun bed matresses have stains on them even though the staff try to clean them. The hotel should buy new ones. The menu is a bit simple, no greek couisine. There is a waitress named Olga who is very polite and helpful.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area was comfortable. Rooms are a bit outdated but netflix on tv is great.the view from our balcony was lovely. The hotel is built from lower ground to high ground so if you have any difficulties walking make sure you get a room on the lower level. Walk into lakka is about 10 mins from the beach front. The staff from nepal are amazing.
We are on our 3rd visit in 2 years and love Amfitriti Hotel. Marilly the owner, the bar/beach staff, cook and cleaners are all so friendly. The rooms are cleaned to a really high standard every day and the beds are comfortable. We enjoy relaxing on the beach in front of the hotel. For the price you pay, it is unbeatable value in our opinion. Thanks Marilly and we hope to see you again soon
