Wir hatten ein super sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Wasserkocher mit Tee/Kaffee, ein gro?es eigenes Bad. Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Es wurden Wasserflaschen ausgeliehen, die jederzeit kostenlos an der Bar nachgefüllt werden konnten. Besonders im Sommer eine gro?artige Idee! Auch das Essen war perfekt. Gerne wieder.

The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

A titre professionnel je me déplace beaucoup en Allemagne, Autriche et Suisse. Je fais environ 50 à 60 nuitées par an généralement dans des hotels wellness et ce depuis 13 ans. Je classes cet hotel directement dans mon Top 3. J'ai eu un véritable coup de coeur pour cet établissement flambant neuf, à la décoration moderne et soignée et aux équipements haut de gamme. En plus le concept novateur basé sur l'inclusion de personnes avec un léger handicap est une initiative géniale qu'on ne peut que saluer. Tout était absolument parfait, dès l'accueil, en passant par le diner au restaurant, le sauna, la salle de sport, la chambre, la literie, le petit-dejeuner, jusqu'au check-out. Tout le personnel est génial et aux petits soins avec les clients. On s'y sent merveilleusement bien à chaque instant. Ca faisait très longtemps que je m'étais pas senti aussi bien dans un hotel l'espace d'un court séjour. Je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermés. Je reviendrais à coup s?r et m'en réjouis déjà.

房间超级大，装修风格也挺简约的，然後早餐品种比较丰富，是本次出差旅行不错的房子，如果下次再来还推荐入住

The menu choices in the restaurant were very limited, and it seemed understaffed. The waiter was a nice young man, but I had to wait a long time for the bill.

Nice double room. I didn't get the breakfast package so I can't speak on the quality of that.

Altought the car charging was mentioned by the booking, we had to pay for that. the bed, and sheets were not so comfortable. Door of the bathroom did not close out/in the noises.

There is a low level of noise in our bathrooms due to a constantly functioning ventilation system that prevents mold. 酒店设施比较新，应该是一家无障碍酒店，还算不错。
