Guest：We visit this hotel run by Philip and Leslie each year for our annual golf trip. They've recently completed an upgrade of all their rooms and they're lovely. The food is absolutely top notch and the bar is well stocked and staffed. It's nice when you travel 300 miles to a hotel and you're greeted as friends, like family. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the local town and a 10 minute walk to the lovely harbour.
Guest：Dunmuir Hotel, Dunbar - where the country side is beautiful to explore. This was my third stay in the hotel. On each visit parts of the hotel have been tastefully renovated and decorated to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere but still managing to incorporate its seaside location and the charm of its age. My room was extremely clean, warm and cosy with a contemporary bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. The restaurant served a good value breakfast with locally sourced food where possible and the evening meal was delicious - especially the steak! The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the owners were taking an active part to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. The Awards reflect their hard work. It’s well worth a visit!
