The resort has just re-branded. They are developing and improving their resorts , facilities, services. There is high speed internet all area and strength signals. The most strength mobile service signals is AIS but they just equipped more for True/DTAC. The room is clean and comfortable bed. I recommend you bring your soap, shampoo … (Hotel provided but not good enough for me). There is personal beach in the front of resort. It really nice but many big stones. If you would like to swim in the sea, I suggest you swim far from the beach area.

The room and facilities is little bit old. Pretty bad as we cannot go any place as it was rain all day night.

We were very disappointed with this hotel and part of us was our own fault to look at the reviews on other websites. The hotel's cleanliness fell short of expectations, especially in the rooms -amenities were lacking: the swimming pool’s water was cloudy and there were several tiles missing -breakfast was underwhelming: terrible coffee (tasted like instant coffee) and the food containers did not look particularly clean - the lids of the containers were constantly open and they’re were bugs flying around fruit and other food items at all times. No one during the breakfast service seemed to care about it and maintain things clean. While the surrounding gardens around the villas were beautiful, the overall property is in need of a significant update to match its potential. The rooms are old and in need of repair, as well as in need of new shower heads, curtains, bedsheets, duvet covers and pillows - which were all old looking and very much STAINED. The coffee machine inside of the room was also very very dirty. The beach area in front of the hotel is rocky, and the surrounding beaches are very dirty with litter everywhere. Usually I like enjoying the hotels amenities but with Cham’s House I was staying there as little as I possibly could. I would not recommend this place.

It's not that bad like the review i've seen. The hotel is quite old but it not that old; everything still practicable. I've got satisfactory services from very single staff. Front beach is rocky yet still beautiful; i can enjoy incredible sunset.

Clean room, beautiful and very large swimming pool, very good service staff, fresh, clean and delicious food in every menu, there is a private beach.

Super friendly and attentive staff !! Highly recommend this hotel very nice view from the room. Worth paying breakfast and free minibar in room
