University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.
El hotel está a una cuadra centro, es antiguo muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, las camas suaves, tiene restaurante, clima, TV, internet, estacionamiento te obsequian una cortesía para tomar café y pan de la casa. Hay un bar en frente que los fines de semana si hace ruido, pero te avisan si aceptas esa habitación o te cambias a otra.
The view from our room was beautiful, I liked it because it was a garden view, but our room had mosquitoes, maybe because it was a garden area. then the air conditioner is not too cold for me, it's ok. their staff is kind.
Хороший отель и не дорогая цена проживания. Есть бассейн. Проводили уборку в номере. Удобное расположение. Приветливая администрация отеля. Просторные номера, с кондиционером и балконом, хороший вид из номера. Отель понравился.
