El hotel está en buena ubicación, cerca de las playas y cerro del tetakawi. En relación del costo, es bueno, sin embargo falta más personal de servicio en áreas de alberca y bar, es un poco complicado pedir room service o bebidas.

Alberca caliente
Muy bien el hotel, cuartos, servicio etc…lo único donde encuentro oportunidad es el área de alberca, demasiado caliente, no se si con un techo, maya sombra o algo para regular la temperatura. No se distinguía la temperatura entre el jacuzzi y alberca.

Con el servicio muy bien, comida muy rica solobque el cuarto se encontro sucio, cabellos en el ba?o el piso pegajoso y abajo de la cama habia mucha basura, una cama tenia una ojuela de algun cereal falto mucho en la oarte de limpieza, tambien durante la noche habia mucho ruido comonque una habitacion la usan para almacenar cosas y se escuchaba mucho ruido comonque estaban trabajando

This is our go-to hotel as it is close to the boat yard. Always clean, with reliable air conditioning and a modern touch. The pool area is nice, beware the tile floors in the minimal gym, very slippery breakfast used to be included, now that you pay for it, there are better options within walking distance. Secure parking is a plus. No coffee maker in the room, just instant coffee in the lobby before the restaurant opens. Midweek prices are well worth it.

El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, tiene buen estacionamiento, buen servicio a cuarto, la alberca esta grande y las sillas y mesas de la alberca estan en buen estado. Aparte tiene un lugar para juegos de ni?os muy bueno. El único punto malo que le vi, es su internet wifi, es muy malo.
