Top Hotel in Targu Mures...kleiner Familienbetrieb. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel verfügt nur über Zimmer, kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück (um die Ecke gibt es leckere B?ckereien die ganzes Frühstück anbieten. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverh?ltnis!

Fairly good room. Good cleaning service....the ladies were attentive when approached. Got bathrobes and slippers which were really helpful as the airline misplaced our Luggage for 3 days. Shower space small, floods easily. Need to improve the beside tables....what is offered is not sufficient. Front Office staff were very nice, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast was fair....dining room hostess very courteous but dining room staff unfriendly. Maybe it's a culture thing???♂?

Selected the Haller Boutique Hotel based on reviews which are generally very good. Unfortunately, our experience was different: we rang 1 hour before arrival to agree we could park the car by the hotel - we couldn't and the managers kept saying "no problem" rather than understand how inconvenient it was for us. The room was good but for the second night the bed had not been made up - this is so basic as a service but again, the managers did not apologise and just said they would speak to the chamber maid after we had left. The breakfast was OK but being operated independently of the rooms, did not tie in well for our stay. Nice building, nice room but very poor service. We explained to the managers that we would review accordingly but a shrug and "we'll give you a discount next time" didn't cut it.

This hotel was excellent. Better than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in and for far better rates. Restaurant staff were also very attentive and friendly, Petru?an especially. They attended to our requests and enquiries very promptly and I could not rate the service more. I am just sad I could not stay more nights, as I was in a passing visit in Targu Mure?.

Lovely comfortable big bed in a spacious well designed room. Quiet, comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Its a great choice.

Unfriendly Staff We stayed several nights at the Haller Boutique Hotel. This is a nicely converted building in a good down-town location. Unfortunately our otherwise good experience was soured by several nasty staff members that work in the Hotel’s supposedly high-end restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude and were making very snarky comments “behind our back” thinking that because we were foreign guests we did not speak Romanian and did not understand. Well …. we did understand and as a result we would never patronize Haller or it’s restaurant ever again and will be sure to tell our local friends about the experience. Very Disappointing!!

Very nice hotel and great location. The whole hotel has a very good vibe. Nicely decorated and clean room, with a large and comfortable bed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it if you have a trip in Targu Mures.
