The room was gorgeous! Fantastic location for the price. Close to beach and short stroll to shops and restaurants. Heated pool and spa. Certainly will return

Room was well appointed but tired and needed a good clean but the bedding and towels were spotless though.
Location is great and it was good to have secure parking available.
Lots of sets of steps which made getting luggage to the room quite difficult and the entryways to rooms are not very inviting.
We had a great stay. Position of the unit was awesome and it was lovely and clean. The hot water in the ensuite needs looking at as it makes a massive noise when attempting th=to use it. Otherwise a great place to stay,
Not happy there was nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc in shower. Noise echoes really loudly through stairwell, and other apartments. Otherwise quite well appointed. Fridge needs looking at as it makes really loud noises off and on.
The apartment I stayed in was wonderful very clean very open very comfortable I’d stay here again the suburb was rlly good close to the beach, shops and many restaurants. The staff and other hotel guests were very friendly and kind, free parking too which was awesome
There is no lift if you are on the top floor very inconvenient
Shower over bath in both bathrooms or key to the garage did not work even after having it changed. The apartment was not the one advertised on the web site.

We liked the location, Quiet, relaxed atmosphere, close to beach and shops.
Stairwells without lifts could be difficult for some guests , but staff eagerly helped with carrying baggage to rooms.
We would stay here again
Kirra Palms is a fantastic place to stay. Staff helped carry our luggage upstairs which was much appreciated. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walking distance to everything, beach, surf club, shops and restaurants. Secure parking. Would recommend.
Chemical smell, dated, rust marks, cupboard doors not closing properly. Couldn’t Lock Screen doors. Ear plugs from previous guest on bathroom floor. Wood rot on window frames. Step up in bathroom - trip hazard
