Camping très beau agréable propre bien équipé le personnel très accueillant. On a passer 15 jours super agréable je recommande la barrière de la langue n’est pas un problème le personnel parle plusieurs langues

Pasamos una semana con mis sobrinas en un bungalow para cuatro, nuestra primera experiencia aquí y en este tipo de alojamientos. Todo muy cómodo y bastante bien organizado. El personal del camping super amable y atento mención especial a los animadores y a Neus del restaurante internacional que nos atendió excepcionalmente.

Emplacement en caravane Sanitaires avec eau très chaude Dommage quand il pleut les allées se remplissent d eau et de boue on arrive aux sanitaires avec des chaussures très sales pas très respectueux du travail des femmes de ménage Cette année nouveau conteur mais qui saute très souvent malgré une plaque à 1000 watts on nous demande de payer un supplément pour passer 10 ampères pas normal d avoir 6 ampères ds un camping 3 étoiles maintenant tout est électrique impossible de brancher la batterie de vélo si on cuisine il faut choisir Camping calme et bien situé

Nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques concernant les allées par temps de pluie et l’électricité : la puissance de base est de 6 ampères, avec la possibilité d’augmenter à 10 ampères pour répondre aux besoins plus élevés, ce qui correspond aux conditions habituelles d’un camping. Ik vind Camping Joan over het algemeen een mooie aan zee gelegen camping, dat vooropgesteld. Ook het personeel is prima. De bijbehorende Xiringuito KM0 is zelfs meer dan goed. De accommodatie die wij gehuurd hadden is een heel ander verhaal helaas. Wij huurden voor 4 dagen de White Confort bungalow, die er op de site aangenaam uitzag (want ja…confort dat zegt toch wel wat). We kregen de schrik van ons leven, compleet afgeleefd en muf. Echter aan de schoonmaakdienst ligt dit niet. Geen eer meer aan te behalen. De accommodatie is vies en alle deuren en deurstijlen, kasten, muren, plinten en meubels (aan de tuintafel plakten we vast) zijn zwaar beschadigd en afgeleefd. We hebben zelf een nieuwe dweil gekocht en alles gedweild en schoongemaakt. Ook de borden en pannen waren niet schoon. Er was niet eens een waterkoker/fluitketel aanwezig voor koffie/thee en de 2 elektrische kookplaten werden enkel lauw. Dat is toch geen enkel confort? Echt een schandalige accommodatie in deze tijd. We hebben de volgende dag direct gevraagd of we konden bijbetalen voor een andere accommodatie maar helaas zat alles vol. Ze boden aan de schoonmaakdienst langs te sturen…alles wat schoongemaakt kon worden hadden we zelf al gedaan. Het enige wat nog zou helpen was een bouwploeg . Wij hebben gezegd dat we zouden vertrekken omdat we echt misleid zijn door de foto’s van de bungalow op de site en of we de resterende nachten als compensatie terug zouden kunnen krijgen. Maar nee, daar deden ze niet aan. Jammer, wat een gemiste kans. Na ons vertrek kregen we nog een mail dat de bungalow gecontroleerd en schoon bevonden was. Nogal wiedes, dat hadden wij gedaan. Waarom weet ik niet, wellicht dat we anders onze borg ook niet terug hadden gekregen. Ik raad Camping Joan aan de Confort White bungalows te slopen want zo’n puinzooi kan je echt niet meer verhuren anno 2025.

Hartelijk dank voor je uitgebreide terugkoppeling en dat je de ligging van onze camping, het personeel en het Xiringuito KM0 positief hebt ervaren. Het spijt ons dat de White Confort Bungalow niet aan je verwachtingen voldeed. Onze collega heeft de bungalow na je vertrek gecontroleerd en bevestigd dat deze in een nette staat verkeerde, met slechts enkele kleine gebruikssporen. Verhuizen naar een andere accommodatie was helaas niet mogelijk vanwege volledige bezetting. Een terugbetaling van de resterende nachten is volgens onze boekingsvoorwaarden niet mogelijk, omdat de accommodatie gebruikt is en in orde bevonden werd. We nemen je opmerkingen serieus en zullen ze meenemen in onze voortdurende verbeteringen. Het is jammer dat je ervaring niet positief was, want ons doel is altijd om alle gasten een aangenaam verblijf te bieden.

The campsite and beach area was very well suited for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 2 + 5 years old. Our kids also enjoyed the 2 playgrounds on site and the pool area a lot. I liked that it was mostly quiet in the evenings so we could enjoy some time on the terrace at night. We stayed 10 days in the newly build mediterrani bungalows and we would like to come back next year. We would highly recommend Camping Joan for other families traveling with kids.

Llevo 13 a?os pasando unos días en Agosto en Camping Joan. Tenemos lo que necesitamos para disfrutar y descansar. En todo este tiempo creemos que la piscina si se ha quedado peque?a. Hay más bungalows y así más gente. Por lo demás todo es positivo.

Drove across France down into Spain to spend 6 nights at camping bungalow Joan, just outside of Cambrils. We were surprised at how efficient check-in was and the very friendly reception staff, whom provided us with all the information we required for our stay. Our Motorhome pitch was originally number 710, which unfortunately backed on to the very noisy hotel restaurant behind and this was not very relaxing, around 10.00pm i was hoping the noise would quieten, but this was not the case, I called into reception and asked to be moved to another pitch, that was not possible, but a pitch 3 up from us number 713 would be available the following day. We moved the next day and it made a huge difference surprisingly, plus we were no longer overlooked. The toilet and showers blocks were clean, toilet paper supplied. No extra charge for electric. You are given waist bands to enter and exit the site for the beach, but most of the time the gates were open There is a very well stocked supermarket on site, along with a good restaurant and bar. The swimming pool was quite small and busy, so kept to the beach. There is nice 40 minute walk along the front into Cambrils, with its shops and restaurants. Idea for early evening as the sun sets. Port Aventura is around 30 minutes by taxi, there is a free bus 15 minutes walk from the camp site, goes at 09.25. Make sure you get the right directions. Definitely would stay there again if we are in the area.

Our fourth time visiting in our caravan. This site is the best you can find, we think. The location, facilities, staff, everywhere is pristine, planting perfectly tended. The convenience of the supermarket, the restaurant and beach bar all absolutely fantastic. We cannot think of any way it can be improved.We would without doubt recommend and return…. Thank you all.
