Great place to stay for our visit to Florence. Walking distance to everything but in quiet neighborhood. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This boutique was an absolute must stay. From the location to the comfort of our room and the lovely staff, it was all you could ask for during a stay in Florence. The walkability was incredible, and even though there is a lively crowd nightly outside of the building, your room is peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique stay in Florence!

Great characteristic hotel very close to the centre. In a square with bars and restaurants. Warm welcome. Large, clean apartment. Voucher for coffee and pastry in square below. Helped out with pre arranging car parking. Definitely recommend. We were in Room No. 4.

The room was lovely overlooking the square and had everything we needed. The room was soundproof as it had double windows so no issues with noise from the bars outside. Really conveniently located nearby to nice bars and restaurants and we would recommend to others coming for a short trip to Florence! The staff were really helpful too.

Really a great option for staying in Florence. Check-in was super easy without needing a live person (code to get into the building, code to get into the floor). There is an elevator that is a little rickety but does the job (pretty small but the stairs are narrow/slippery so not a much better option). The room was spacious with a couch. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a shower and a tub, which was a nice touch. Wifi worked well, as did the air conditioning. Location is great. I was worried that the street outside would be loud at night since it does get quite bustling but this wasn't a problem at all. No breakfast but they give you a coupon for each day you're there for free coffee and croissant immediately next door, which was fine.

Great room, spacious, modern, well-renovated, with a king-size bed, full minibar, coffee maker, wines, safe and excellent bathroom. Excellent soundproofing, with double windows. Very good location, in the busy Piazza Santo Spirito, but difficult to get to with luggage (50 to 100m walk), as cars are not allowed in the square. The day before I received a very complete email, with all the information about reserving a parking lot (200m away, €40/day) and how to get there without getting a ticket. Don't be scared by the entrance. Old building with a heavy wooden door, followed by a hallway with a mini elevator (barely enough for a couple with luggage). Very friendly reception with all the information, with very attentive staff. The strangest thing is a Bed and Breakfast without breakfast (!?). They give you a card that entitles you to have a cappuccino + croissant at a café/bar next door (with unfriendly service). We arrived late (10am) and there were no more croissants.

The room was beautiful. Double windows opened up onto the Piazza Santo Spirito overlooking the Basilica di Santo Spirito. The location was full of great bars and restaurants and had a lovely buzz about it. Filippo was an excellent host. Great communication throughout, very friendly and welcoming. Nice and close to most of the main attractions, yet far enough away from the bustling crowds. I cannot recommend this hotel and the location highly enough. We will be back!

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en kregen we nog extra informatie over de omgeving van Firenze, wat erg handig was. De kamer zelf is zeer ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Ondanks de ligging aan het gezellige plein bij de Basilica di Santo Spirito, waar vooral de lokale bevolking samenkomt, is het binnen verrassend rustig. Je hebt op de kamer geen last van het geluid, waardoor je heerlijk kunt ontspannen na een dag in de stad. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een fijne verblijfplaats met een authentieke sfeer!
