Guest：Waren mit dem Service zufrieden. Es aber weiter von der Altstadt entfernt, als angegeben.

Guest：Stayed here for 10 nights with a group of 15 people, we were all of the same opinion. With the exception of two perhaps three members of Staff this Hotel is very impersonal. The Bar staff always gave you the impression they had more important things to do. We ate our Breakfast in a Conference Room with a 100 yard walk to and back to the Buffet Bar. We ate in the Restaurant on one occasion only..Coaches came in most evenings, were gone early next morning but these travellers were given priority over our group constantly. We got the impression that we were an inconvenience to them. Never the less we enjoyed our stay there because our group was good company. Not once did the Manager, ( do they have a Manager) inquire as to our well-being. The reception desk was like a walk in centre, the staff completely changed every few hours. Very little care or attention payed to the Guests. Final verdict, Could and must do better.

Guest：3 star stay! Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

Guest：War gut Der Empfang war freundlich, aber verhalten. Man fragte uns, ob wir evtl. Ein anderes Zimmer haben m?chten, da wir ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten gebucht h?tten, was wir auch so wollten, fanden das aber sehr nett. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist zwar ok., aber k?nnte besser sein.
