Beautiful Riad inside the Medina walls of Fes! the name means Free Woman. The doors opened to a large garden area where we took breakfast everyday. Four women were given two rooms in one wing of the Riad. The rooms were huge with high ceilings and large bathrooms. Shower was hot and great pressure! The hosts were kind, warm and generous. Plenty of yummy coffee, breakfast included eggs and plenty of bread. The Riad offers laundry same day service which was extremely reasonable! One item to note: Fes has unsavory areas to be avoided. The Riad is located close to one Bab and very safe to walk to nearby restaurants. Thank you Riad Al Hora…and #besttravelmorocco
Un h?tel, Riad bien sous tout niveau, accueil exceptionnel, personnel disponible qui se met en 4 pour satisfaire toutes vos demandes, flexible, serviable, qui permet de passer un séjour rassurant. Les chambres sont exceptionnelles, lits immenses confortables, excellent. Possibilité de restauration midi et soir, sur réservation, le patron est un homme exceptionnel, disponible, à l’écoute. Ce qui fait que séjour superbe.
Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti (in una doppia e una tripla) con amiche a maggio. Appena arrivate il manager ci ha offerto the verde e frutta secca. Inizialmente la tripla che ci è stata assegnata era a piano terra e, sarà perché non illuminata dal sole o per la vicinanza alla piscina, in bagno c’era tanto odore di muffa (fogna). Abbiamo chiesto il cambio e ci hanno posizionate al secondo piano e lì si stava bene. La camera era davvero ampia, una specie di suite, con letto king size, letto singolo e divani. Tv anche con Prime e Netflix. Consiglio di implementare i prodotti da bagno, perché c’è solo un piccolo shampoo e il dispenser del sapone liquido. La pulizia della camera è ottima, unico neo: le cameriere non si accorgono se finisce la carta igienica o lo shampoo, bisogna scendere giù e chiedere il refill al manager. Colazione ricca però uguale tutte le mattine (allego foto): brioches, yogurt, succo d’arancia, omelette oppure uova sode, burro, ricotta, due tipi di marmellate, pane con semi e senza, caffelatte, pancakes. Ahmed ci ha anche organizzato due gite in giornata (città blu; Meknes e Volubilis) e l escursione alla Medina di Fes con guida locale (prezzi modici: 50 eur a testa città blu, 30 Meknes, 10 Medina). Ahmed e il suo aiutante sono davvero pazienti e gentili, sempre sorridenti. Non assegno le cinque stelle solo perché c’erano pochi prodotti da bagno, colazione era monotona e perché alle 4 di notte venivamo sempre svegliate dalle preghiere del Muezzin che utilizzava L altoparlante dalla moschea vicina
Very comfy, beautiful and moorish Riad in the heart of Fes! Great location with very nice rooms and an exceptional staff!!! Very affordable price with a tasty breakfast! We spent 2 nights there and everything was perfect!!! For sure we will come back!!!
