The location is excellent with a beautiful view over the mountains and the highest peak of Sri Lanka. Very well established rooms, rooftop restaurant with tasty food, friendly and very helpful staff. Everything was clean and tidy, with all facilities you might need.

?????????? Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Fort Windshire Nuwara Eliya. Das Personal war unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, der Koch hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt – einfach gro?artig! Die Burg-Atmosph?re des Hauses ist einmalig, die Zimmer sind hammerm??ig – komfortabel, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Everything was perfectly available. Nice spacious clean rooms with Mountain View all around. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety. Highly recommend this place to have a best stay at Nuwara eliya.

This hotel is very comfortable & I would highly recommend it to my family & friends. The room was large and comfortable as are the beds. Breakfast was delicious & the service always prompt & courteous.
