Guest：I arrived with my husband for his special birthday. We found the customer service at reception excellent, staff always there with a smile and helpful in telling us where to go to see special places in Porto . Just a slight slow service at breakfast and not very clear with the hot breakfast menu board stated more than that was actually available. The room was always cleaned and smelled nice while we were out. I think a more comfortable arm chair would be more suited in the bedrooms though . The place itself was lovely and a great location near all the amenities. Traffic noise is expected since it's a busy road but once the double doors are shut at night , the noise is not an issue .: 2025-11-01
