No me gustó la litera King size, no me sentía segura durmiendo; la habitación tiene espacio reducido entre la cama y la pared; la escalera de la litera estorba para pasar; las esquinas de las camas están peligrosas; no hay ninguna silla adentro, ni hay agua potable para beber; no tienen teléfono en la habitación; y no hay nadie que atienda entre las 11 pm a las 8 am

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Cassandra was amazing and made our stay amazing. We loved the location close enough to town but away from the main hotel zone. Sunsets from the balcony were epic. We definitely will come back to Holbox and hopefully stay here again..

Sch?nes, modernes Zimmer (wir hatten das einfachste Zimmer gebucht). Klimaanlage, Ventilator, gro?e Dusche, gute Handtücher, Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Flexibilit?t beim Check-Out, wir konnten unser Gep?ck dort lassen und weiterhin die ?ffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels nutzen. Etwas au?erhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit einem Fahrrad (aber auch zu Fu?) gut erreichbar. Wir haben kurzfristig am Tag vorher gebucht und einen sehr guten Preis erhalten (knapp 50€/Nacht). Aus unserer Sicht ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis.

This hotel feels like a rustic resort! It was clean and the reception staff were helpful and nice. I booked the tours they recommended and had a great time! Casa Astral is located on the quieter side of the island. It’s a bit of a walk to the “centro” but no more than 12-15 minutes to get there. The hotel isn’t directly by the water, but it is a quick 2 minute walk. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to be back.

The hotel is beautiful and layout is well designed. I wouldn't recommend for families with kids under 4/5 because of stairs and the way balconies are designed. The kitchen was only stocked with pots and pans (no towels or salt/pepper). The restaurants nearby are worth several visits. The beach is probably one of the cleanest and super convenient. There's a great little food and drink spot on the next property over. Overall great spot but I think the service was too bare bones.

We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the location of the hotel, all of the amenities, and the room was both very clean and beautiful. The receptionists Daisy and Kassandra were very welcoming, pleasant, and professional. Kassandra went above and beyond in recommending tours, restaurants, and assisting in getting take-out food. We highly recommend Casa Astral and we plan on coming back soon!

Thank you Kassandra and Deisy for your warm hospitality and service. They helped me arrange food and beer delivered to my door (lobster pizza was insane) and arranged an early morning taxi for me. The property was immaculate, the pictures don't do it justice. My room had a patio facing with full view of the pristine beach and water. I had such a relaxing and peaceful experience here. I came during prime mosquito season and it was still worth it.

Ontvangst even stroef. Kamer was niet klaar en weer kregen een downgrade met vele excusses. Uiteindelijk perfect opgelost, dag erna een upgrade met zeezicht, een terugbetaling van 1 dag, een gratis ontbijt en gratis taxi naar de ferry. Ik raad u zeker deze accomodatie aan. Nogmaals dank voor onze mooie tijd bij jullie

Me gustaron las instalaciones del hotel es lindo y la vista al mar es increible, lo malo es que en esta epoca habia mucho sargazo en el mar y no es tan padre meterse a nadar. Pero otro punto a destacar es la atención del personal las cichas de concierge son muy amables y atentas un detallazo que me decoraron la habitación por mi cumplea?os. Si recomiendo el hospedarse ahí.
