Guest：我们是坐火车+大巴到的，这家酒店没有接送，但是还好离巴士站不远，就是有一个坡，提着行李稍有不变。办理入住效率略低。房间不错，大且阳光充足，也很新。早晚餐是带西式的日料，摆盘很美，第二天的比第一天好吃，早餐味道蛮好。汤池是来自附近的地藏泉，有点硫磺味道，室内的池子不太热，室外的温度高点，泡的很舒服。离汤畑走几分钟就到，还是很方便。草津温泉很热闹，吃的也很多，常年居於排行榜第一果然是有道理的。

Guest：Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive. Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine. Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.
