It’s a lovely, cosy hotel. Our room was very big which was nice. Water pressure is quite poor though and communication from the hotel was shocking, I messaged them twice and got no replies. Apart from that the overall stay was good and I would use this hotel again in the future.
Great location, very nice staff. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Hotel is dated but full of charm. Bathrooms need updating but are very clean. Rooms are cosy. Food is ok. Was very noisy on our last night as there was a function which continued into the early morning into the Courtyard which had a negative effect on our sleep. But apart from that a very nice stay.

If they can find a way to reduce the water temperature they will reduce their costs and make environmental savings.
The staff were really friendly & helpful from check in to check out. However bedrooms & particularly the bathrooms needed refurbishment. Corridors to the rooms were narrow and the stairs uneven, could be tricky for older guests. No TV available other than in bedrooms to watch the rugby international, disappointing for the males in our party.
