Guest：Mixed experience: Cons: - Two people (foreigners) and we were charged full price for 4 people (even though we were two) due to the last room available. 1.2 million WON for 3 nights (when all other guests paid half), the team were also surprised at this (but they charged it)! - Very hard not to feel ripped off, when the price didn’t adjust for 2 people in the larger room. - Team didn’t make any effort to respond to issues raised by myself, very nonchalant attitude, as such, will give a deep dive at that price point that couldn’ve been avoided…. - Non authentic Vinyasa / Hatha - practise, whilst the Hatha Asanas were traditional, not a single Pranayama over 6 yoga classes - Meditation (1h) is truly useful only if you’ve never done it before; it’s too long for novices, the whole class moves the whole time or lays down, there’s no natural nature sounds given the class location so instead 20 mins is on silence, 20 mins having tea and the rest, endless talking from the teacher. If attending for ＞1 day it’s really repetitive and so we stopped going. - ‘Healing’ Yoga is truly a waste of time, don’t bother Pro’s: - Lovely hotel layout on first floor; often relaxed there to journal with incense and read - Good quality classes - Lovely other guests attend - Lovely breakfast - Lovely bedroom (again, but not for the price) To top it off I wanted to take two teas back with me and they charged me 60k Won! All in all - a nice experience but not for any serious Yogis, structural changes needed to meditation, and an overhaul of pricing regime with booking partners, a shame really.
