We value guests feedback, especially negative ones that help us to improve or to inform other guests. We are really sorry that your experience with us did not match your expectations and needs. Because of situations like this we are absolutely transparent about our facilities, location, payment policy, parking policy and all the photos are realistic on the reservation platform in order to avoid such a misunderstanding leading to a low rate and disappointment on both sides. As a city hotel situated in the center it comes logically (as it is also visible in the photos of property) that we are surrounded by other buildings and people around. In each confirmation/receipt of the reservation is precise information about that. on the other hand we feel sorry for a little disappointment during your stay with the breakfast buffet . We try to cover on a daily basis different tastes and diets, guests with special diets or food intolerance can also ask for special meals to cover their needs - which our chef is happy to prepare- as long as we are informed. In order to fulfill the needs of the fluently changing guests we have to maintain some typical types of breakfast food like eggs, omelets, bread, vegetables , fruit, seeds, cereals, sweet pastries, ... , everyday in the offer, while other kinds are changing daily. In our buffet you can find more that 100 choices of different kinds of the food to enjoy.
