When we got in to the room there was one towel. We were told that housekeeping wasn’t finished replenishing the rooms. I opened the fridge and there was a long hair in the door. I had to pay a $100 deposit but when I went to front desk to ask about the towels a man in front of me was checking in and he was told his deposit was $50. The property is in need of much remodeling and repair.

There was hair balls in the toilet when I came in, linens looked stained, and there was hair on toilet and a piece of toilet paper in the trash , toilet paper looked used and not neatly prepared for the next person.

Younger staff very friendly, older staff... not so much. Bedding old, and worn; went to Wal-Mart and brought my own. Shower and towels not clean; brought my own with cleaning supplies. Hotel has old, with soiled furniture, carpets, etc. Elevators have 2024 inspections in 2026. Great location and potential to be a leading hotel if money was put into it. It used to be the old shopping mall on the Island, when I was a kid; was once a beautiful place. Please do better for the 956!

Staff were great. I was recovering from orthopedic procedures and could not navigate my stairs at home. The accessible rooms worked out great. I had the use of the pool and hot tub. It was easy access for rides to pick me up. Close to everything on and off SPI.

Not hot water! Let the shower run and never got hot water had to shower in cold water. It was cold out today and it was horrible having to shower in cold water. Room smells weird. Wouldn’t recommend.

Parking is not as bad as people say, staff is very friendly, rooms were clean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great price, the only sketchy part was the elevator.

Recomendable. No tiene acceso a la playa pero hay accesos cerca. Los colchones ya están un poco aguados pero cómodos.

Expedía me cobró un huésped extra, al querer aclarar esto no me resolvieron nada, quedando con muy sabor de boca al usar esta app. Sobre el hotel bastante sucio y mal servicio. A mi no me importa si el hotel es viejo, lo único que si me importa es la limpieza, cosa que no caracterizó a este hotel. Enga?o con las fotos que muestran y lo peor es que ofrecen sofá cama en habitación y al momento de desplegar el “sofá” es un catre con los resortes casi expuestos, experiencia terrible para las pernosas que tuvimos que dormir ahí.
