Excellent and friendly staff. All very kind and attentive. A few issues with showers in some of the rooms but everyone did what they could. Clean rooms and excellent location. Would visit again anytime we’re in the area.

The best part is Quinta is pretty close to the beach and a cenote. We spent a really good time. They provided us with information and recommendations. You can hang out around until late safely. Morning walk is an extra pleasure for you to enjoy the sunrise. Being far from noise is what I was looking for and here I found it. When at hotel, facilities. I remember the shade under that massive tree, peaceful atmosphere plus the healing wellprings water from its swimming pool. A whole water experience; from ocean, cenotes and wellspring... All together. All my recommendations!!!

Conectarte con la naturaleza, la relajación interna que se conecta con la energía pura y divina del universo, hacen una experiencia única e inolvidable, la conexión que experimentas es especial , el árbol de la vida que se conecta a las aguas de manantial que tiene la alberca y lugar hacen de esto algo especial. También se preocupan por tu bienestar , ya que cuenta con terapeuta y atención natural y holística para tu bienestar, sus comidas y bebidas, son alcalinas y ??% orgánicas. Es sin duda el mejor lugar para pasar tus escapadas o alojamiento muy bonito y especial.

It was a great stay here. Everyone was really friendly. Hrsikes et Fernando did a great job helping us. Nice to take a swim early in the morning and before sleeping. The Caribbean beach is just around. Traveling around in collectivo was easy. There is a nice place to take breakfast around.

Отличный отель в тихом месте в Плайя дель Кармен. Нас заселили в 13 дня. Комната была чистой и просторной. Очень хороший матрас, есть рабочее место, кофеварка, холодильник. Туалет и душ отдельные, что очень удобно. Горячая вода присутствует. Есть полочки для косметических принадлежностей. В каждой комнате есть вай-фай. На террасе очень красивое граффити и зона отдыха с бассейном. Совсем рядом очаровательный пляж Эсмеральда.

After visiting La Quinta Caribe?a for a week in late July this year, I can confidently say that this will be the place I choose to stay every time I return to Playa Del Carmen. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful and the owner is very communicative. I booked this through *********** and had no issues with check in or planning. Every time I had a question, I would message the owner through the app, and he was super quick to respond with suggestions and local insights. The manager on-site is very friendly and you can tell he is super passionate about improving the facility at all times. It is important to understand that this place has a more family feel to it, and it’s important to be easy going if you stay here. It is not a luxury resort and there were a couple of hiccups during our stay. For example on the first day our toilet wasn’t working, or when our door code wouldn’t work at the start of the trip, but the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff made it so that these problems were fixed quickly and with little hassle. As a result, we truly felt welcomed like family and appreciated the local feeling. I would highly recommend staying here.

La Quinta Caribena, what a wonderful place to stay... love this place!!! We were here for a weekend getaway. This place is comfortable, quiet, clean, peaceful, safe & beautiful also the room was spacious and well equipped, and the pool is spring water!!! within walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Playa del Carmen named Playa Esmeralda (5 min). And the management team provided attention to detail and quick response to our needs at all times, 100% recommended!!!!

Thank you trip advisor people for this recommendation. Away from downtown, this is a quiet, clean, comfortable little hotel with a lovely courtyard. It's new so they are still getting super organized but if you are patient and easygoing it's perfect. Guillermo took care of everything and was incredibly sparkly and charming. He as host is perfect! His partner got all the necessities such as keys and towels. I'd recommend changing the clear glass on the toilet area to frosted. And if possible a folding luggage rack would be great! Guillermo kindly told us about the cafe at the end of the block and it was also wonderful. Delicious! Very popular with everyone around. Definitely enjoyed and would stay here again. Recommended!!
