Всё очень понравилось! Большой номер, полностью оборудованная кухня с посудой и техникой. Балкон с удобной мебелью. Приветливые хозяева, заселили сразу, хотя приехали в 10:00. Удобное расположение, до пляжа идти 3 минуты, совсем рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов.

Ottima scoperta per visitare Viareggio e il suo fantastico carnevale . Villa Rosy è perfetta per chi viaggia in auto e soprattutto con la famiglia … spazi ampi e ben organizzati. Complimenti a tutto lo staf

I nice Italian small hotel with nice owner. Clean and conveniently located. Easy to take the bus just outside the hotel to commuter train to Pisa/Firenze and respective airports. A few minutes with bus to the beach.

Lovely chalet based hotel with a very friendly owner/manager who was very helpful to us. While there was a minbar in the room, it would have been good had we been able to purchase a wider range of drinks and refreshments on-site. In addition, when the room was cleaned, they switched off the air conditioning. If we returned to the room too late, the room didn’t quite get cool enough for the night.

Nice clean room with sitting area both front and back.
Children's play area next door but quiet by 6 pm. Breakfast was ok.
