Greeted by a lovely woman at reception, very helpful. After check in and having things explained we went to our room.Well it was really nice,we got a surprise as to how it was,well appointed.We didn't venture up to the rooftop bar,but im sure it would be great too.Good location. Would I stay there again,absolutely. Just one thing to keep in mind is the parking,they share it with woolworths which is right behind,it is underground parking with a $30 fee for overnight, but you can come and go as many times as you need.Anyway just a shout out to Sydney, that was the lovely woman's name at reception.

As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a small black dot on the white bed—a dead cockroach, about the size of three sesame seeds. That wasn't the main issue. What I couldn't accept was the lack of hot water for showering. You know what? I got back to the room very late, hoping for a nice hot shower before bed, but to my utter disappointment, even with the hot water on full blast, the water coming out of the faucet was practically the same temperature as cold water. Because I was tired, I didn't ask to change rooms. However, I must say, the breakfast and service were decent.

Easy check in and check out. Loved the rooftop bar. Cool hotel vibe. There was one small, strange grey-white stain on one of the throw pillows though… Everything else was awesome! The bath was amazing.
