The ambiance of this hotel was okay ?? the view from the room was good but no balcony....sad... Telling about the location it was okay as it was near city centre ??. The service of in room dining was a bit slow which was understood as the hotel was fully occupied,...Also the staff were really nice especially the fron desk as they provided smooth checkin and nice room as well.... The lobby was nice ....

Location is bit far from the city but totally worth it because of the ambience and staff. Food was delicious and ambience is spacious

I went gwalior for one of my friend wedding and there I stayed in Radisson Gwalior hotel and the experience was very good and comfortable,the staff were very nice and polite nature especially the front desk team was very good and professional,,,looking forward to visit again…

I have a mixed feeling about this Radisson. First the pros: 1) Staff: always smiling ever eager to help 2) Breakfast: Excellent spread and service 3) Location: Very Good centrally located with ample parking space. 4) Housekeeping: Very good 5) Linens: Clean and crisp Now let’s come to Cons: 1) no central table even a small one in the room 2) No mirrors in the room which is very surprising as there are mirrors everywhere in the hotel except in the room. Extremely annoying thing. 3) No hanging place in the washroom. Again very annoying. 4) Towels: This is probably the most annoying part of the stay as both the days of our stay we got damp,discoloured, faded towels. 5)Check in: Slow and irritating as the lady at the counter could not find my reservation for more than 15 minutes. This is again very disappointing as we were as senior citizens were extremely tired after a long flight. Wanted to convert to other hotel for my return stay but the hotel staff’s lovely response to everything made me change my decision.

Buffet and breakfast were too good. Lots of variety and good standard displayed by the cordial staff. Particularly nitin, aashish jasmine, phoolmani , ronik and payal. Their service with a smile made our day

We stayed at Radisson Hotel, Gwalior for 3 days while in town for our child’s tennis tournament, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very distressing experience. During our stay, the hotel’s lift malfunctioned, trapping us inside for almost 30 minutes — with no mobile network, no emergency contact number, and no alarm system to call for help. We had our child with us and were extremely scared. Despite shouting and banging on the doors, help only arrived after around 15 minutes when someone outside finally noticed us. It’s shocking that a reputed hotel like Radisson has no basic safety protocols in place for such emergencies. The management seriously needs to address this immediately to ensure guest safety. On the positive side, housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and breakfast was decent, though it was the same menu every day, which gets repetitive if you’re staying for more than a day. If you’re planning to stay here, use the stairs and think twice if you’re booking for multiple nights.
