It's an attractive looking hotel, but it leaves much to be desired. No air-conditioning, only a tabletop rotating fan, which doesn't do much. Sleep on top of the covers, all the windows and doors open all night. Because your windows and doors are open, the roosters are extra loud in the morning. The shower supplies a single travel size packet of Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditioner, and the body wash is in a wall mounted pump like you find in a public bathroom that puts out the tiniest pump of soap. One day I couldn't get any hot water from the shower. The wall mounted hair dryer doesn't work. There are two plugs in the room. Laundry is three dollars an item. Towels are to stay in the room, but the hotel has a limited amount of beach towels. Another person in our group had termites in her room. The Wifi is fair. The pool is fine, the breakfast was fine, the staff is okay, the location is good. Overall, however, there are enough accommodation options that its worth looking for alternative options to consider.

H?tel dortoir. Le cadre est très beau et entretenu malheureusement l'h?tel ne vit pas. Bar, boutique, bureau des excursions, salle de massages fermés tout au long de notre séjour. Les chambres ont le strict minimum, c est à dire; un lit, une penderie et un bureau sans chaise. Il n'y a ni de sèche-cheveux, ni de fer à repasser, ni de lampe de chevet (le minimum que l'on puisse retrouver dans un h?tel 3 étoiles) Si vous souhaitez en demander un à la réception, les choses se corcent aussi car la personne en charge de celle-ci n'est presque jamais présente. On vous laisse à l arrivée, un numero whatsapp que vous ne pourrez jamais utilisé car le wifi est lui aussi inexistant (d? aux mauvaises conditions climatiques selon la réception, pourtant il y a de la wifi partout ailleurs sur l'?le). Un grand merci à la cuisine et le service du petit dejeuner qui ont su largement compenser cette frustation. L'équipe restauration est adorable. Merci également au service de nettoyage qui a su nous laisser chaque jour une chambre propre et fonctionnelle.

La habitación confortable amplia lo mismo el ba?o muy limpio.El desayuno delicioso buena variedad en la tablita. Muy lindo el jardín se preocupan de mantener todo ordenado y a la vez reciclaje de botellas.El personal excelente atención no tuvimos problemas.

The rooms doesnt have an air conditioner, no TV, no radio, no USB charger, no chair, but they do have a office desk without a chair. The room had a weird smell, maybe mould infected rooms due to smell, WIFI is really bad, very unstable, not functioning most of the day, also it is incredible slow. There are bugs ( such as cockroaches ) in the room. It is a bit annoying to wake up because of the chickens or to dogs that are walking around inside the hotel. Price is too high.

Great place with a nice design. I enjoyed a lot this place..room was spacious and clean, bathroom was also spacious and clean. They do cleaning daily. Breakfast was nice: scrambled eggs/guacamole, chees, ham, confiture, cheescake and so on.
