Guest：The hotel owners sorted me out very last minute after my holiday plans fell through due to flooded roads. They were brilliant, really accommodating, I'm so grateful. The location is great, suuuper close to the seafront, I'd really recommend staying here for easy explorations of the town. The room was simple, had everything I needed for a single solo overnight stay, and was cosy. The bathroom was a little grubby, but this may have been because they weren't expecting anyone, and they were actually away - I did call at 4.30pm of the evening I needed a place to stay!
Guest：Superbly located guest house in a quiet part of town, within a 5 mins walk from the local train/bus station, with a good selection of stores / cafes / restaurants & pubs en-route. The local cinema is situated on Bank Street, only 2 mins walk away, and then a further 3 mins and you find yourself on the promenade & beach front. Lovely! Clean single bed room, with shared bathroom. Although en-suite (double bed / family) rooms are also available. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room; sufficient possibilities to hang clothes & store away in the provided chest of drawers; comfortable bed & warm room; tv, and WiFi available. Also pet-friendly. Welcoming proprietors. Within a walk-able distance to reach the Cliff Railway in one direction (continuing to walk the coastal path along to the Clarach Beach Holiday Park) and marina/lighthouse area in the opposite direction (with walks up to the Pen Dinas Iron Age Hillfort for spectacular views). A perfect location to base yourself for a few days - with options to take local transportation to Dolgellau and coastal Barmouth & beach.

Guest：We stayed for five nights. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The shower was piping hot. The location is perfect, the promenade is right around the corner. The town is two minutes walk. Close to train and bus links. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
