Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Easily the best stay of our trip! I visited with my family, including my parents, and everything from start to finish was smooth. The team was very helpful with the tight parking and made check-in hassle-free. What I loved most was the scenic view from the room and the friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to help, welcoming without being over-intrusive, and even joined us for a game of table tennis, which made the stay feel very personal.

The Hosteller Narkanda is a cozy and budget-friendly stay perfect for backpackers and solo travelers. Located close to the main market, it offers stunning mountain views and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly, helpful, and create a warm, social atmosphere. Common areas and the café are great for relaxing or meeting fellow travelers. However, rooms can get quite cold in winter, and parking space is limited. Food is decent but could use more variety. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money stay with amazing views, good vibes, and excellent service—ideal for those seeking comfort and community in the hills..............

Location: just excellent, right in 5min walking distance to local market & Skiing spot. Stayed in Oct'25 Ambiance of Reception: Just ok. Nothing that's inviting. It needs to be brightly lit with proper desk for admin formalities. Room: well appointed with near environment, fresh linen, excellent quality toiletries, fresh water, kettle, etc. Size is just sufficient for 2 people. Good storage with almirah. But the room wall clock is stuck in time. Not working. All electrical sockets are working. Bathroom: 24 hr hot water by geyser. Fantastic fixtures. But the bathing zone is in right in the midst of room, resulting in seepage. Mirror at wash basin is well below the line of sight. Food: breakfast is excellent. Sumptuous. Delicious poha, hot masala tea and nice paratha was served in lobby. Wish lobby is well maintained. The whole false ceiling is full of soot. Instead of large table, few chairs n tables can be placed . Sofa is slouching and difficult for elders to get up. No need of table tennis table. Just occupying the space. The whole lobby space needs thorough revamp in design Service: is friendly, courteous. But staff need to be well groomed and presentable. They need to strike proactively a greetings, conversation. Staff needs to have basic uniform. Room keys to be replaced with Hosteller Brand insignia. Pathway leading to reception needs to be stylishly marked and inviting ambiance can be created. Management must actively consider providing basic food and some bed with common bathing facilities for drivers. Prices for inhouse food is exorbitant. Negi Dhaba and few others are saving grace, as they are just 5 min away. Room prices can be discounted by 20% at least if booked in advance say at least 2 months in advance No one has elicited the feedback during the stay, except that a prompt feedback elicitation message was prompted by backend team. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing stay at Hosteller Narakanda! The property is nestled amidst beautiful pine forests with stunning views of the mountains — absolutely perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, giving a mix of comfort and rustic charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They helped me plan short hikes around the area and made sure I had everything I needed.

I had a wonderful stay at The Hosteller! The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavors that made every meal enjoyable. It was amazing staying at hosteller Narkanda, the place is clean, staffs are really nice and helpful. The hotel is situated at a beautiful location with stunning views from the balcony. Rooms were clean and tidy. Overall a beautiful and surreal experience

I had a comfortable stay here. I found the staff very warm and helpful. Made good memories with fellow travelers. The common room is where all the fun is. I will not forget the card games, TT, and karaoke nights. I definitely recommend this place.
