However, we would like to kindly remind you that, as clearly stated at the time of booking and in the confirmation message, our property is unfortunately not equipped to accommodate wheelchair users.The room you selected, which includes a hot tub, is quite compact and, due to the layout and facilities, is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. Despite the challenges, our staff did their very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Regarding breakfast, from the beginning of your stay we offered to serve it in your room to better accommodate your needs. We understand that you preferred to make your own arrangements instead.Lastly, we regret to inform you that, following your stay, some maintenance work had to be carried out in the room due to accidental damage.
