Been to this hotel during pandemic.?
The hotel facilities and rooms are well maintained.
Staffs are very friendly as always.

酒店沙灘非常棒，而且提供免費的獨木舟，漿板項目，在沙灘上呆一天超級chill. 離alona beach tutu200塊，但正是因為遠離所以比較安靜，喜歡。大片的椰樹林，很美！
房間有點老，兩個泳池很小是硬傷，網絡慢是硬傷！
早餐真的沒什么好吃的，但是不單是這家酒店，菲律賓吃的真的是硬傷！一流風景，末流食物！
酒店除了沙灘，另外一個亮點是spa.就在海邊的小棚子里，無敵海景，吹著海風做spa超贊！技師手法不錯，價格也很公道！

Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.

It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! I will definately will be back soon.
