Stayed two nights. The property is in a secluded area, reached via a rough unpaved road. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view. Power outlets were conveniently placed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and amenities included a mini-fridge and electric kettle. A/C worked well. The bathroom was functional, but there was no shelf or ledge for toiletries in the shower. Housekeeping was not done during my stay. I was not told at check-in that room cleaning must be requested. The room had a “Clean my room” button, which I assumed was the correct signal. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff member was confrontational and explained that the "Clean my room" light turns off when the key card is removed (making it unclear why the feature exists), and that the instructions in the room clearly state that housekeeping must be requested. In reality, the laminated sign in the room stated (at the very last line) “Please inform stayback room cleaning to reception,” which is ambiguous and not standard English. I interpreted it as meaning guests must inform reception if they do not want the room cleaned, which contradicts their explanation. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast buffet had limited variety.

Visited this property due to matter of chance as I could not get valley facing rooms in amber dale munnar. My experience at this property was good though property is decently located in a jungle with few restrictions on them but still they are fairly good in providing services. Staff appears to be under employed. But we were accomdated for everything we asked. Breakfast buffet is limited with no live counters,as explained by owner Vinod jee for limited kitchen space. Overall good experience. Restaurant captain Gurdeep is a gem of a person. I personally wish him growth in his career.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect – close to all the major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Highly recommend!

Location is bit hard to find and roads is bit difficult to approach but property is awesome, Very neat and clean rooms, staffs are excellent, ready to serve you and very attentive. Special thanks to team front desk who helped us through out our trip accomodating all our needs and requirements. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

This is one of the best 4 star property in Munnar. We had a very good hospitality and a good stay. This is a new hotel, very clean and well maintained. All the staff members are too good and well behaved. The rooms are very spacious with a wide balcony and valley view. I would suggest this as a right place to stay in Munnar. I would rate 5 out of 5
