only pick this hotel if you don't have any other choices or you have very limited budget. we booked this hotel on last minutes since we were visiting someone at the hospital nearby, on our journey to the north of Malaysia. The lift was not functionning, so we had to climb up th stairs to the reception at the 3rd floor. Our initial room assigned was at the 4th floor, but to our surprise, there were many cockroaches on the floor and on the bed. So, we asked for a room change and were subsequently assigned to a room on the 2nd floor. The look of the interior was not as advertised. There was some guy who just sat at the corridor near our room playing mobile games while sitting on a lazy chair. No drinking water provided. The room was smelly (with cigarette smell).
Very bad service, no running water, weak AC, elevator is closed for some time every day, no room service, sheets are not changed. Only positive side is near to Taman midah metro station.
Like a rundown student dormitory. Haha. But for that price is oklaa. They provide hot shower, quality bed, quality pillows (but they smelled). The location is very good, walking distance to mrt green line, food stalls downstairs, and across the road. If you can wake up early, you can even taste local delicacy in the morning market. The hotel is also walking distance to lotus cheras
