Cutest little 5 star hotel in Fez. Superb breakfast, they bring you the Moroccan breakfast to your table and we enjoyed everything. The rooms are small but well appointed and very cute. Walking distance to the old town. You can walk to a number of places in the old town from here. This is a gem of a place.

This review may be unusual as we ultimately didn’t stay at Dar Lys on our recent trip to Fes. But I wanted to share the very positive experience we had in dealing with the team at Dar Lys. They were exceptionally helpful and professional in communicating with us prior to our trip, in suggesting itineraries and day trips and in helping to organise our transport. Mourad especially went out if his way to help, much more than one had any reason to expect (thank you). Also, we ate in their restaurant at the end of our stay, the best meal of our trip, great service too, highly recommended.

Ottimo Riad, belle camere, buona cucina, ( provata sia a pranzo che a cena) personale giovane e gentile, hamman discreto. Unica pecca, odore di scarichi in qualche camera. Spero si possa risolvere per poterci ritornare e consigliare a conoscenti

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni presso il Riad Dar Lys in compagnia di un gruppo durante una visita a Fez. Un soggiorno da Mille e una Notte! Camere fantastiche, cura e servizio eccellenti... che dire? Un viaggio a Fez vale la pena anche solo per trascorrere un po' di tempo in questo bellissimo riad... grazie a Doha e a Mourad per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza

Magnifique séjour! On était éblouie par la structure du Riad, le staff très accueillant et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner des meilleurs que j ai pu manger, prenez la harrira :) !! Les lits moelleux, et les chambres très bien insonorisées. Vivez l’expérience!

This beautiful Riad provided us a clean room and welcoming staff. The breakfast that was provided was plentiful! I also enjoyed the spa downstairs which allowed me to experience a traditional hammam massage. I would definitely return when back in Fez!

Amazing stay, the staff is very friendly, multilingual and the hotel is very clean and traditional with a modern touch. The food is incredible, also during dinner there was an amazing performance. Thank you for having us and making us feel like home.

Magnifique Riad, chambres incroyables, cuisine marocaine authentique et service irréprochable. J’ai passé une semaine en famille donc un week-end où le Riad a été privatisé pour une fête de famille. Tout était parfait, surtout grace à l’implication de la manager Doha qui nous accompagné dans toute l’organisation.

Voilà un lieu qui me laisse perplexe. Il a plein de qualités avec …plein de défauts! L’h?tel est très beau mais sans véritable ame qui lui donnerait du charme. Le restaurant est très bon mais sans aucune surprise . Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées mais le lit extrêmement dur. Le personnel est charmant mais sans véritable directeur (une bande de jeunes serviables et souriants mais qui semblent rire entre eux). Le spa et les soins sont biens mais sans douceur ou volupté. Bref, un endroit avec un objectif commercial très clair et assez réussi mais où l’ame du Maroc a un peu de mal à trouver sa place. Un défaut important cependant : cet h?tel est fort bruyant de par sa configuration! !!! Travaux jusque l’été 2025 !!!
