I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. On arrival, I noticed a footprint on the pillow cover, which remained there for 3 days — no one changed it, and the bed sheet was not even tidied up throughout the stay. There were also small bugs on the bed and blood stains, which made me very uncomfortable. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority here. The bathroom was poorly stocked — on the first night, I only received 2 bottles of shampoo, but no body wash. I thought it was standard until my friend (staying in another room) mentioned he had body wash provided. Only then did I call room service to request it. Unfortunately, the room service staff entered the room wearing shoes, and left dirty footprints all over the toilet floor and even on the bath mat. The toilet itself was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before my stay. Also, there were no slippers provided in the room, which made it even more uncomfortable considering the overall cleanliness issues. Very disappointed, especially considering the basic standards I expect from any hotel. Definitely hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and service levels.

All good, but two drawback. Parking is limited, and the car park is a mess. The room is spacious, comfortable, tidy. However, found a stain on the blanket sheet which got me slightly irritated ??

Nice location with many food restaurant and convenient shops nearby. Morning breakfast is good with lotsa options. Love the stay!

Room is very clean, parking is available but very full. Need to pay rm1 per entry for hotel guest. Decent & will book again next time

The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall environment felt welcoming and relaxing. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit slow, which could be improved for a better shower experience. One small suggestion: consider providing a buggy service to transport guests between the hotel and the parking area. Currently, there’s no covered pedestrian walkway, so it can be inconvenient walking under the hot sun or during rainy weather. Still, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The standard room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I was especially impressed with the overall service quality – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. It’s conveniently located too, which made getting around quite easy. I’m completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

I like everything about this hotel in terms of cleanliness, facilities and satisfactory toiletries..this hotel is also located close to various types of facilities suitable for business or taking the family for a walk..only during my stay I faced a problem with the remote control to control the temperature of the aircond and I got a room with a view of the wall
