That is the best place we ever EVER stayed. When you see the view -you forget about everything. Very close to the beach. The place is unique! Luxury rooms with antique furniture. Very clean! The atmosphere is amazing! Highly recommended!

The best place to stay ever! We will return next year for sure! Pictures will never show you the real atmosphere! You feel like you are at home, but luxury and unique home! The VIEW is amazing! Villa is very close to the beach! Highly recommended! To be honest, that is our best stay ever!

Incredible Villa looking out over the Indian Ocean. The open air living spaces was amazing. Easy walk down to some cool restaurants and beautiful beach or just hang at the pool. Breakfast was top notch. We were really happy to discover this place.

Восторг и еще раз восторг. Очень давно так не впечатлялись. Интерьер на 10+, завтраки на 10+, великолепный персонал, как внешне, так и внутренне. Пляж напротив отеля был очень удобный с ребенком 13 лет, не страшно было отпустить ребенка одного в воду. Еще хочу отметить водителя тук тука от отеля!!! И цена и качество!!! Лучшее место на шри ланке однозначно!

Staying at Villa Space felt like finding a hidden paradise. The team is amazing—they’re always there when you need them but never intrusive. The breakfasts were fantastic, with the perfect mix of local and European flavors. The yoga space was such a peaceful spot to unwind, and surfing was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The team made it super easy by arranging lessons with the best instructors. The Villa itself is beautiful, with a pool and rooms that offer stunning views of the ocean. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay in the villa. Rooms are clean and design like home. The crew is kind and helpful for any advice. We are surly gonna be back for another vacation in The best place in unawatuna ! Thanks for everything ??

We stayed here for 2 nights, we booked last minute on a bit of a whim. The location was at the top of quite a steep hill. Once we opened the gates we were amazed ! There are 6 rooms in this villa and you can rent the whole thing if you like! We were the only guests there from what we saw so it felt very special! The room was amazing, the bathroom was partly outside and was so pretty. The decor was like something we had never seen before, antiques picked up from the owners travels to Asia, India and Sri Lanka, everything unique and breathtaking ! The view from the balcony was the best, high up with a view of the trees, plants, palm trees, beach and sea. With relaxing chairs and even a telescope. This is hard to beat! The food - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, the breakfast was $18 each but totally worth it, fruit, curd, juice, coffee, rotti, dips, string hoppers, it was amazing. We also had fish for lunch and a big mix of curries in the evening. The food and drink here is pricey but it is worth it. The only downside was the area, we were not fussed on the vibe of the place. It had nothing on Mirissa or places further south. That being said, I would go back just for Villa Space !

A beautifully designed hotel on the hill high above and away from the hurly burly and noise of Unawatuna. The main dining room/reception room at the top is a wonderful space and has lovely views over the coast. The bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully designed - some with open air rain showers. There's a lovely pool and the staff are attentive and extremely nice. The food is very good.

First of all, great facility, kind staff and good service! Don’t necessary feel that it was value for the money unfortunately (after comparing with the other stays around Sri Lanka). A few bullet points for improvement: should be able to order breakfast and lunch on the spot and not need to book the day before, cleanliness around the pool area during the day, should have more than one dining table. Overall ok!
