The stay was alright, not great. I asked for extra towels that never arrived, the Starbucks in the lobby wasn't open for any of the days of the stay, we were woken in the morning by a false fire alarm, and the street noise was so loud at night that we had trouble sleeping. The quiet hours were listed to be 10 PM to 9 AM, but construction started at 7 AM on the floor above our room, so we got to listen to someone sawing into either a wall or a tub at the break of dawn. The email requesting feedback about our stay asked how us to rate the breakfast, but breakfast was never served. The only positives were the valet staff being courteous and efficient, and the front desk staff upon check-in and check-out.

The room was not clean! Evening staff was not courteous. Morning staff is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars!

There was lots of construction. Also we thought that breakfast was included per ******* but they said that breakfast was not included. Also they never cleaned the bedroom for the four days we stayed there. They did not include a microwave per bedroom and instead had one microwave to share per floor, which we thought was poor. It was not great overall.

The entire place is under construction. The room next to ours was being working on our entire four day stay- we could hear and smell everything. Loud music, adhesive smells. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay. Staff were not friendly.

Being a Marriott Member, I was surprised there was no breakfast; something I was use to having when staying at Marriott Hotels. We called for rash to be taken out and towels to be replaced and it never happened. There were tied-up trash bags outside of several doors throughout the day and night.
