Disappointing Experience – Beware of Reception Staff. Our stay at Picolo Borgo was frustrating from the start due to the incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionist. Communication around the shuttle pickup from the metro station was a nightmare, and even basic assistance was met with attitude. Although we were told the pool would stay open later, we were forced out five minutes before closing,needlessly strict and poorly handled.Despite being just a 10-minute drive from the airport, no shuttle was available in the morning. The receptionist refused to help arrange a taxi and even tried to overcharge us,quoting €35 for a ride we ended up booking ourselves for €20 using the FreeNow app.The location is remote with nothing nearby,so make sure to bring food if you're staying overnight. Overall, the rude service and lack of basic hospitality made this a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here.
Buon albergo niente da dire negativamente.
Unica cosa è il caffè a colazione nel cappuccino letteralmente bruciato. Peccato perché la colazione è ottima ed ampia con prodotti freschi.

Esperienza fantastica....tutto perfetto!!!Siamo stati accolti alla reception da Alessia,una persona cordialissima e disponibilissima,che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni.Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard,molto carina situata a piano terra,con un piccolo patio esterno....la camera pulitissima,grazie al personale addetto alle pulizie, che svolgeva scrupolosamente il suo lavoro,ed anche molto spaziosa.Il complesso di questo hotel è molto carino e ben strutturato, l'area piscina con adiacente bar,dove puoi rilassarti gustando un drink,immaginando di essere in un'isola tropicale....o cenare e pranzare !La colazione è molto abbondante,e soprattutto anche qui il personale molto accogliente e molto disponibile!Spero di ritornarci al più presto e di godermi,un'altra soggiorno fantastico!!!Ah dimenticavo sono forniti di spa e di servizio navetta!!!!Cosa chiedere di più
Quiet and comfortable hotel
This is a very comfortable hotel which is close to the airport. It is perfect for one night stay when your flight landed at the airport too late. The only issue is the Spa and sauna which was closed but appeared to be available on the hotel introduction.
